After three long years, I was finally able to savor the delicious Paradise roll, a dish no other Kumori restaurant would prepare. I’m so grateful to Astrid and the entire restaurant for their exceptional service and for going above and beyond to make this dinner date special. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rick a very nice guy. He was very attentive to us. Our server Angel another nice guy took our order and brought out the awesome soup. Our food arrived shortly after and let me tell you we tore it up. This kumori was great with Rick and Angel they made a good lunch into a fantastic lunch. I definitely recommend North Mcallen kumori I will have no problem coming again from Donna. We enjoyed the soup, Earth roll, kanki roll and the kumori rice . Thanks guys have a Blessed day

Right away we were greeted as we entered and told to scan the code for the menu and they would sit us. It was great seeing they did away with the plastic menus and going digital it’s so much more convenient and hygienic. Once we were sat down Ernest our waiter was extremely attentive and helpful. He brought our drinks quickly and even recommended a delicious appetizer. Our appetizers arrived promptly and we were given enough time to enjoy them before our main food was served. Ernest has great customer service and his attentiveness made our dinner experience exceptional. This was our first time eating at this location and will definitely go out of our way to eat at this location again. Overall the experience was amazing and everyone else that was there also was nice and said goodbye to us and thanked us for coming which is always a plus.

Took my son out for a great lunch at Kumori. The food was delicious! About an hour after we left my son noticed he was missing his ear bud. We went back to Kumori and the staff was kind enough to go out of their way to help us find it. Thank you so much Isaiah, his manager Herman and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond serving great food. We are forever thankful. So I show up when food was supposed to be ready. I get there and I text the number and my spot. 10 min later nothing I understand maybe it’s not ready. So I repeat the steps 15 minutes later nothing. So I get off and I tell them I hear to pick up they had my food ready for pickup, mind you I order for curbside . So I asked the lady in front “ma’am don’t ya have curbside” and she replies yes and I told her then why haven’t I gotten my food it’s been more than 20 mins and her reply sorry our phone is dead and didn’t even bother to charge it she just had it there laying around
