I’m sad I didn’t know about this place sooner!! I was feeling something fresh for dinner, and Kupbop did not disappoint! I ordered a bowl with beef, lettuce, purple rice, spicy pork, cucumber, bean sprouts, corn, potatoes, and cheese. The sauce I enjoyed the most was the Beijing sauce. It had wonderful flavor that tied in all the bowl ingredients perfectly. The only thing I would probably want changed is the type of cheese. The cheese was good, but I may have preferred a mozzarella instead. Otherwise the meal was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back! The restaurant was clean, tidy, and not busy when we went for dinner on a Saturday night.

Not only was food delicious but the person working the front was super friendly and made me less anxious to order. She also explained the sauces and went over each option to make sure I walked away with something I’d enjoy. Great experience, will definitely be back.

It felt like one of those clean restaurants from the future, bright colors with white backgrounds. I liked the music they had, it was a very good volume level too. The food was…interesting, but very tasty. Portions are good and prices are good. I tried the “black rice”(actually purple colored) it was neat, but not addictive. Most of the food is cold so not really a place to eat in the winter. Maybe I will try the Ramen next winter instead of a rice bowl.

I love this place! I starting going there when I was pregnant last year. There was very little food I could eat at the time because I was so nauseous 24/7 and starchy carbs and a few veggies were all that I could stomach. I could always great a great meal at KupBop though and it was a Godsend for me! Every time I’ve been there it’s been a great experience. It’s clean and I have not been disappointed once. My four year old also likes it. Also, the woman’s bathroom is very nice. I know that’s kind of strange to put in a review but when you are pregnant and/or have kids, it’s good to know. Now that I’m not pregnant, I’ve been enjoying a chicken bowl with all the ingredients, and you really must put the kale in it! It’s a little garlicky and SO good! I’ve also been getting the mild ramen. One employee told me that many people like to get the spicier versions of the ramen, but I find the mild version has enough flavor a tiny bit of heat that’s perfect for me. I usually get my food to go and it’s packaged very well. The ramen is still hot 30 minutes later after I’ve been running around. Today I tried the kimchi for the first time and I think I’ll be adding some to my future orders.
