I think is one of the best restaurants located in Hard rock hotel. I’ve been here a couple of times. Service was fast and nice, they have reservation for tables and also bar seating with no reservations. Portion are super small but with good food quality. Also has big sakes variety and other alcoholic drinks. Desserts are interesting too.

It’s beautiful, great choices as far as wine. The food is delicious definitely worth it. The wagyu taco is the baby taco but delicious. I ordered the salmon avocado and the sea bass. Nice dinner date.

First of all this restaurant is so beautiful to walk into. It’s simplistic flare with curve details including the ambience setting with pool outside, changes the mood from day to night, it’s just lovely and calming. The wait staff is super busy but tentative and friendly. The food was out of this world I nearly forgot to take pictures. Sorry I only have the entree in this delectable presentation. Great drinks menu and the variety of wines are big. I will definitely return again and again.

Food was very testy; however, the portions are a bit small. I tried their miso soup and three different rolls of sushi (don’t remember the names) one of them was rolled up with cucumber; which was delicious!

Where should I start? This by far was the best brunch I think I have ever had. From the mounds of fresh seafood to the carving stations, to the Sushi, to the breakfast options. And that is just touching on the subject! The restaurant itself is stunning! The decor is bright and beautiful. Did I mention the King Crab Legs? Absolutely amazing! The desert table is endless and delectable. The best Creme Brule ever! I had 2! I could go on and on but I think you get it. When in Hollywood Florida, treat yourself and stop by this brunch. Worth every penny!

The first impression was great. Nice greeting, excellent drinks, and a very pleasant waitress (Katrina). We placed a partial order which included their special, chillean seabass sushi. Unfortunately, they were extremely salty (N=4). I have asked to send them back to the chef since none of us were able to eat. Everything changed after that…. Katrina was SO … and was not able to keep her tamper…. never come back to us except for the check (yes, she took those sushi off) even if we initially planned to order more. Anyway, five stars for the first part and 1 for the second. Average is *** (and I am very generous).

Fist time staying at the Guitar hotel and worth every penny. The hotel is beautiful so is the pool. Plenty of tables and slots to loose track of time. Last night my wife and I went to Kuro and it blew us away. The service was terrific, the food absolutely delicious and they have the sweetest managers making sure everything is top notch. A Litle pricey though but we will definitely return for the Wagyu tacos, those are the best. The bar cocktails are to die for. Than you Kuro for such great time.
