An amazing food truck located on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Florida. I have been to many of the food trucks in St. Augustine and without a doubt Kusina Colorado is the best you can get. Fresh Filipino flavors, incredible diversity on the menu, you will be able to find something for the entire family here. I ordered the Filipino Style Pork BBQ with Garlic Rice and it was unbelievable. We ordered Fish & Chips as well and it could not of been fried any better, the batter wasn’t heavy it and it melted in your mouth. If I were able to give 6 stars I would reserve the last star for Kusinas! The service is as incredible as the food, an amazing experience for anyone looking for great eats!

Delicious food for everyone! We ordered sisig, pork adobo, pancit with lumpia, and a gyro. Everything was on point! The sisig tasted authentic ❤️ the only thing missing was the calamansi. They do offer spice level for the sisig (1-10). It’s spiced with Thai chilis so the spice level varies on the spiciness of each particular chili. Service was friendly as well. Overall would recommend

I stopped at The Village Garden this afternoon as it has been awhile and the weather was awesome. I went to the Kusina Colorado truck to order some of their delicious tacos but decided to change things up and try something different. I decided on their burrito smothered with green chili and also ordered a lumpia. I told the lady at the window that I like spicy food and she suggested that I get the burrito with their homemade Adobo pork. She also asked me how spicy I wanted the burrito and I asked her to make it as spicy as possible.

Great tasting food!! I never had Philippine food before but I have to say all the food I tried was very tasty and unique in its own way!! The adobo pork was incredible!!! The burrito with the sauce was delicious and them pork belly tacos were phenomenal!!! If your on edge give Kusina Colorado a try you won’t be disappointed!!

This food is AMAZING!!!! My taste buds exploded after trying these two dishes with my wife. The “Lumpia” is a must! We absolutely love the food, and the couple that own this business. Lily and Travis are very humble, cool, and down to Earth people. We will always come visit this spot when visiting St. Augustine!

I stopped by with full intentions of getting an acai bowl from a different truck near them. But, when I walked by and smelled whatever they had cooking I decided I had to get something. I ordered a gyro and asked to replace the lamb with chicken. She said it wasn’t really available for a switch but she would make it happen. So accommodating for such a request!! Then I get my food and OH MAN. the best Gyro Ive EVER had. It was delicious. Ive never scarfed down something so fast. 10/10 recommend visiting this place! They were SO SO nice and the food was delicious. Go try this place!!!!! I don’t ever leave reviews so I promise this place is really that yummy.

I have high standards when I eat out, mainly because I enjoy cooking and the experience of a variety of cuisines. My rule is if I can make it better, it wasn’t worth it. For me to give 5 stars means they make it as good or better than I could. I can’t speak to all their food, but the puffy tacos are great, and certainly better than any nearby taco stands/reastaurants.

I’m Filipino and I LOVED this place! Went on Saturday for the first time. It is located at Village Garden Food Truck Park. It was the best Filipino food I’ve had for a very long time. We ordered pork adobo and pork bbq skewers with garlic rice, pork lumpia, banana egg roll fritters with jackfruit (turon). Everything was so delicious! I felt like I was in Hawaii with the cute tropical vibe of this food truck park. Plenty of seating, clean, restrooms, near the beach!
