They get 1 star cuz the fried chicken taste good. The woman who answers the phone is Rude with a capital R. The delivery guy is from the restaurant and comes in a dirty, nasty car and does not get out if you live in the projects, which is weird because he should try to hide that nasty situation from the public he is delivering food to.

Ordered from them today & found a roach in my food. When i called to get my money back i was told they were going to bring it my home.. the guy come and insisted on us showing the food with the roach in it which we did. Then he tells us to bring the other two orders down. Those orders were already in the garbage so we brought the garbage back to him & he still wouldn’t give us the money then he tries to leave and threaten to run us over. We had to call the cops when the cops got there he still didn’t want to give us money & stated he wanted to take it to court. Over 24 dollars. Do not eat from there nasty place

I’ve been ordering from Kwok’s for years. I’m not sure if now they refuse to wear hair nets but I found hair in 3 different orders of food and not a single strand. There was 3-4 hairs in each food. Stay away if you don’t want to eat someone else hair because when you tell them they tell you that its your hair even though its long and black. We have 4 males in home with short haircuts so please explain how it is ours. Customer now lost considering were “lying to get free food” as they put it. I taped the hair on the boxes so they know im not lying.
