I love this shop, love the coffee. My biggest issue is that this store is constantly out of caramel, to the point where i’m angry when i pull up. i’ll get charged for caramel and find out at the second window that they still haven’t figured out how to order enough syrups etc. and have to get a vanilla latte or something else. for $6 a pop, you really need to have what customers are paying for. PLEASE ORDER ENOUGH CARAMEL 🙁 i want to get coffee here but you’re wasting my money on caramel you never have! my tip: order double the amount you already do.

Great coffees and teas! But bad service. This is the THIRD time I asked for 2 drinks and they serve me only one. I get it mistakes happen but this frequently?? Then having the audacity to ask for tip? Are you serious? Tipping at a drive thru is already a hard no for me but asking for a tip while messing up my order 3 times!! Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this place.

The cold brew was pretty good, and the scones were super soft but still very tasty. Best part was the friendly service. Very limited seating inside, however. Might not be the best place to meet up with friends for a chat during busy times.

I loooooooove this coffee shop. It gets better every time we go. Wonderful service. I love their coffee, but they make an AMAZING chai latte and matcha latte. They have multiple options for milk which is great. The drive thru is convenient, but the inside is exactly what you’d expect to walk into. Comfy. Cozy. Personable. Perfect place to meet up and grab a cup of coffee. Support local and get ALL your coffee and tea needs from Kyle’s daily grind. you will NOT be disappointed.

Great coffee! Nice to have a break and a local option other than the sugary chains. Don’t get me wrong, you can get the sweet stuff here but you can also enjoy great cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying my coffee there – I’ve almost exclusively used the app to order ahead which it’s always done ahead of the ETA. On one of my orders, they called almost immediately after the order was submitted to let me know one of my selections was out of stock. I really appreciated the heads up vs finding out when I got there. I just moved closer to this location so I’ll be enjoying it more often

Unfriendly young worker. She put more cream than coffee in my cup, and when I nicely returned to have it corrected, I was made to feel she was bothered, I even tipped her earlier. I was trying to support local too. BYE!
