I was pleasantly surprised. We were not sure they were open, but talked with the owner and he says they are open every day except Monday. Their open sign is hard to see but it’s worth checking the door. The sushi was great and the filet hibachi was super tender, cooked as requested and flavorful. The staff was really nice and prompt.

The food was great. Had chicken fried rice with vegetables. Chicken was delicious, fried rice was very good and vegetables were jut the way I like but almost too cooked. I like crisp. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was lacking but they are remodeling. Also had a California smile or something like that which was very good as well. Definitely recommend this establishment and will definitely be back.

Very nice Japanese style restaurant. Service and food good. Seasoned rice excellent. Be nice if they offered a choice of sticky rice or seasoned rice. The steak hibachi was really good. Nice seasoning and tender steak. Vegetables fresh.

Shockingly the best sushi I’ve ever had, everything taseted SO fresh and delicious. My husband had the filet mignon hibachi, and absolutely loved it- perfectly cooked to his liking (medium rare)! Soooo happy we found a good sushi/hibachi place near us, instead of having to travel all the way to Dallas. The staff was amazing as well, the dining room and restrooms were very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend! (BTW, if you like spicy, get the Canton Fire roll, I had to order a second one because it was so yummy)

Yum!! We were so excited about trying this place & it did not disappoint!! We had the hibachi with chicken, shrimp & steak; as well as, the Dynamite roll, basic California roll, noodles & an order of egg rolls (more like spring rolls). The food came out quickly and was served fresh and hot! It is a little different, in that you order 1st at the counter before finding a seat. We’re so happy to have a place like this in Canton, so we’ll be back!!

Staff was nice. Prices were fair. The tempura was light and crispy, but very oily and the batter on broccoli was undercooked. The rolls were very flavorful, but don’t think the quality of the fish is good enough for good sashimi.

For a small town like Canton, this is a great place for something different. I never thought anyone would open a Japanese restaurant here, but I am glad they took the risk and opened one. The food tasted great. I had sashimi salmon and nigiri eel today. The salmon is suprisingly fresh. Eel is pretty much the same everywhere. You only notice the bad ones. I had tuna and yellowtail last week. And the tuna was not that good, but yellowtail was good. If sushi isnt your thing. Their hibachi menu is good. I had the shrimp fried rice. I have not tried their rolls, maybe next time.
