I liked the food but I want to know how the shef feels if I shove the so salty food down his throat? I should have returned the salty unbearable food rather than paying more than $150 for party of four!

This was our first time in this place and probably last. Menu is very limited, prices are kind of high, actual menu prices are at least twice as high as online prices. But service is the worst. Even though there weren’t many people, most of the time we were unable to find our waitress and then she just completely dissappeared. The only good thing about this place is welcoming atmosphere. We’re very thankful to the wonderful host, who was very friendly and extremely helpful.

My husband and I have been going to Kyoto for our anniversary every year for 15 years. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2020 and was happy to hear Kyoto was able to accommodate me. Celiac is a serious autoimmune condition in which the treatment is a gluten-free diet. Just last year, my husband and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Kyoto- with gluten-free soy sauce being used. Tonight, we made reservations and couldn’t wait to celebrate so many years together. We ordered our drinks and the kind waiter came back to take our order and regretfully said the new owner does not have any gluten-free soy sauce or items. We ended up leaving and were accommodated at Osaka in Scranton. Kyoto lost out on business tonight.
