This place is such an awesome lunch spot! Great food, prices and service. Also plenty of parking to make it easy to get in and out. The people were all kind, fast and efficient. If you are in the area and love sushi – I without a doubt recommend giving this location a try. The food was fresh and delicious!

I was blown away at how good the food was here!!! And the prices are so affordable, my eel bowl was around $13 and looks like a $20+ bowl. The sushi was also probably the best I’ve had in orlando and I’ve eaten at a lot of places. Also the service is amazing you order at the counter but they bring you your food for dine-in and even checked if I like my meal and got me a bag. I’ll be coming back.

This was my first time trying this place and it was so good! I got there just before happy hour ended and was able to get the shrimp tempura and the spicy tuna rolls for like $5 each. I also got the flaming roll which was oh-so-good! They gave me more than enough sauces too. I will be back again!

Today I ordered a steak & scallop dinner with a soft shell crab on the side. As I’m almost done eating, I take a look at the crab which has a piece of hair baked & embedded inside of the crab & inside my box on the lettuce. I am completely disgusted as I’ve already eaten the majority of the soft shell crab- and can tell I’ve also eaten part of this long foreign hair in my food. I won’t be returning to this location.

Thank you for the always friendly and courteous service. However, I would like to mention that the food quality was not the best. The shrimp was dirty on the inside, and the fries were stale. Lastly, I ordered a boba tea, but it didn’t have any sugar. I would not recommend it.

I have been a customer at Kyoto about a few times over the past two years. The food is decent, and the the atmosphere is a little loud and casual. There is nothing about Kyoto, the people or food, that makes me want to continue to be a customer. I like Bikkuri Sushi much better where the people that own and run the place are warm and pleasant. You get table service at Bikkuri for about the same price as Kyoto, at the people at Bikkuri make the effort to retain their customers.

I wanted to try this place because I always pass it when I’m In the shopping plaza and I was craving a good bento. When I first got there I was greeted by tommy was friendly but apparently was not present with me he kept walking off and telling me to wait when I was trying to order while attending to one other table who was there besides me tommy kept going to their table and said he was sorry they waited long for their food so he was going to comp some of their food and give them a discount . He was having other convos with the staff delegating then things in between of me ordering which is really annoying because I kept having to repeat myself and also wait for him to stop talking so I could get my order in which is probably why my meal came out with white rice instead of the fried rice I ordered . there was other staff there but noone offered to help I ordered a bento box and sub the white rice with fried rice. When I received my order it had white rice. They switched it for me. The food is delicious but I would have preferred the same courtesy and undivided attention that other table of two got. Anyway good not bad but wouldn’t go out my way for it.
