For Mother’s Day- it took WAY to long to get a chef. We were there two hours. We had a reservation at 1:30 it took us 25 minutes to get sat. They were busy but not packed. Don’t understaff on a holiday.

After a bad experience at another restaurant hat evening I’m glad we ended up here. We got here at 7:30 on a Saturday night with a party of 5, they asked if we wanted regular dining or hibachi and I said either is fine with us, the hostess said dining would be quicker to seat but we were surprised when they sat us at a hibachi table less than 30 minutes after walking in the door. The food was great, sushi was top notch, our 2 older kids finally tried sushi and can’t wait to go back for more. Our 6 year old did hide under the table the whole time playing on a device (she had a traumatic experience at a hibachi place when she was a toddler and has been scared of them ever since) but the hibachi chef didn’t mind and it didn’t seem to bother anyone else, we enjoyed our time very much and we will definitely return!

Not a good experience at all. Made a reservation for 6:30 and that didn’t seem to matter. Didn’t get seated until 6:40 and then sat at the table for 25 minutes before the waitress came to take our orders. They ran out of soup so didn’t get that with the meal even though it comes with it. Was offered the option to take it to go with us. The waitress did not return to check on us throughout the cooking of the meal. We had to wave her down just to get drink refills. The food was decent but the chef was not at all entertaining. He skipped over most of the normal tricks they do. Then had to wave the waitress down again to get our checks and still waited too long for that. It was a very disappointing experience.

Perhaps I’m not in the best mood for Japanese food today but I didn’t enjoy this too much. I ordered the lunch box which was nicely presented. To go, I got a shrimp tempura roll. In my opinion, lunch was well worth it at $9.99 for the box, shrimp tempura was around $7.50. They do have lunch specials which are pretty awesome. The waitstaff was so nice. I wish I could remember our waitresses name. Go for it. My coworkers enjoyed it.

Food is good, waiters are nice and seating is generally fast. However, service has always been to be desired every time we come. I got my dinner before appetizers and before anyone else received food. They completely forgot about some food items at our table. Delivered food to the wrong table three times. I’m giving it four stars because everyone was extremely nice and they corrected their mistakes, but just wish they would fix the service issues.

The food was excellent, large portions, the atmosphere was enjoyable. The service left a lot to be desired. Had to remind the waiter twice about our water, the appetizers arrived 30 seconds before the meal. Then he tried to substitute a higher priced one for the one we ordered.
