Been getting food from here for 4+ years. Now that I’ve moved to a different location still in Plymouth. I’m being told by the delivery driver that I have to TIP REALLY WELL because they will no longer deliver to my place, saying it’s too far away… After I’ve already called them months ago asking if they will deliver to my new place… To which they said yes to, and have delivered before without any issues.

Excellent service and the food was terrific. We had a 4 way pizza that was done perfectly with not too much dough and cooked just right. We also had a steak tip salad that could have come from a 5 star New York restaurant. The tips were marinated well and cooked to perfection, mixed with fresh veggies. We left full, satisfied and it was easy on the wallet. Friendly staff upfront and behind the lines. PSC grad ’82.

Ordered delivery from here a few times. Delivery was always good, and delivered within a reasonably amount of time. Pizza was always fine, but both times we ordered subs they go them wrong. Missing cheese or other toppings. Overall the quality of the sub ingredients seemed “ok”. Pizza sauce is a little more on the tangy side than sweet.

If i could leave less then 1 star i would. called to place an order for 4 pizzas to be delivered to my work. I work 2.2 miles from the Downtown pizza location but our address is technically the next town over. the phone rang for 5 minutes before someone picked up. once they did they were very snappy and rude, when i gave them the address of where i needed to pizzas delivered to i was told they wont deliver to campton and they hung up. I called back to speak to someone about this and they wouldnt answer the phone. I will never be back into this business.

I ordered chicken tenders and onion rings, and they were pretty much inedible. They were soaked from the condensation of the take out container. It’s really disappointing to spend $20 on a meal that you expect to be crunchy and fresh, but has the consistency of a soaked sock. I’d avoid ordering take out/delivery from them. Which is sad, since I’ve ordered from them at least once a week in the past. I’m disappointed.

Never get delivery from this establishment. They are consistently over an hour out mind you I order a cheese pizza and like five minutes (walking) from the restaurant. The time is honestly not a big deal to me. The other night we had a pie delivered and we got the wrong pizza, so I called the restaurant and they said sorry and they’d be right over with my pizza. They took back the other pizza and gave it to the right people rather than remaking it. That is disgusting we had that pizza for over 15 minutes!!!! I could have rubbed my balls on it and they would have never been the wiser.

Great food at a reasonable price. We had a small issue regarding cheese on a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have cheese. After a short explanation on the phone, the owner made things right. We have been back twice and food has exceeded expectations. This place was initially recommended by our daughter that is a student at PSU.

Wish I had an option to not even give a star. I am very appalled at the service at Downtown Pizza. Every time I have called, I have gotten the worse service. The last time I called Downtown, I had an American Express Card. I expressed that, and proceeded to call off the number. I had to repeat it about 6-7 times before the women on the phone proceeded to say “please hold.” and before actually putting me on hold, she than said “I can’t even hear this girl!” with a nasty attitude, then put me on hold. I respectfully declined my order and decided to order somewhere else. Every restaurant in Plymouth has amazing service, I hope Downtown Pizza will soon rise to the same level.

We ordered for pick up wen we got there he said pizza ready but forgot to make wings and mozzarella sticks. So we waited they rushed them and the wings were light not crispy but worse they were uncooked on the inside. They must keep them frozen so they were like thawed out not cooked.

Place was not bad, very busy when I went in. We ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, and a grilled chicken caesar salad. Food took about 14 min to make which is good. We got the food to go, so we couldn’t see anything at first but when we got back they forgot the chicken on the salad. That’s mainly why it was three star. Food wasn’t bad, place was nicely decorated. Service was good. Just man they forgot my chicken.
