Take out… my order was great. Food was tasty. Only thing that I thought could be better was the chicken Katsu wasn’t cooked fresh… maybe heated back up. Barbecue chicken and egg rolls were good. Order was correct… unlike other reviews.

The food was really good and I’m not a huge Chinese food fan. The service was quick. I got there about 20 minutes after ordering and it was ready. My only complaint is that we ordered online and the price I paid in the restaurant was higher than the website said. It turned out that one item is now more expensive. It would’ve been nice if they updated their website.

STOP!!! It is such a shame. I’ve ordered from this place so many times over the years. The last three or four times I’ve either gotten to-go or delivery the food has been unedible. I hope they figure out the issue ASAP. I hate that this is one of 3 Chinese places in Prospect, and the only one with delivery. Just don’t be surprised if you can’t enjoy your food from here. I wish I could tell you a certain dish not to get, but the last couple times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten quite a few different things and all of it has been bad my friends and family weren’t happy either.

I hate to write a bad review because the driver and woman on the phone were nice, but we received the completely wrong order and then were told we would not receive a refund because they “couldn’t refund credit cards”, which I’ve never heard of. We tried to just eat what we were given but agreed the food was inedible; I ordered meatball pho and received chicken which tasted like greasy chicken noodle soup that no amount of sriracha could fix, he ordered chow mein and received steamed vegetables and wanton strips and was told the wanton strips were the chow mein noodles? When I called to ask for a refund, she kept insisting that the wanton strips were chow mein noodles and then had her son get on the phone to verify. I’m sorry, but I’ve never been to any restaurant that served fried wanton strips as noodles, let alone as chow mein noodles. We both agreed that they just sent us what they had instead of making something new because it was later on a Sunday, so basically a $33 order that I threw away in the trash. The lady on the phone offered me a $10 credit but never asked my name or order number before she ended the call, so there’s no way she could have known who to credit unless we were the only people to order in tonight, which is completely possible, but I guarantee I will never order from here again. If you order from here, which I really don’t recommend, make sure you call after you place the order and verify it before it’s sent to you, otherwise you may just receive whatever they feel like sending you and not get your money back for it.

We had a similar experience to other negative reviews; food was delivered with the completely wrong order. They would not re-deliver the correct order or refund our credit card. We are now ordering from Tea Station Bistro who does deliver, and the correct order at that.

Ordered online. The website froze and submitted our order multiple times. We were still charged for all of the food even when told them the order was wrong. A lady there has been screaming at me on the phone. Your website messed up… But it’s my fault because I had already paid via their website. Great customer service.
