On a rainy Tuesday late afternoon, not sure of they offered slices, but I was hoping to get a slice to go. The place was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Lady in line, in front of me had an order, that took 3 employees to try to figure out how to ring it up!!!. With no luck .Not an acknowledgement to us hungry hot patrons waiting in line,. I left. 3 employees to figure out how to ring up an order lost my confidence in getting a simple slice lf pizza from them.

My family and I order L st regularly. Food is usually fresh but not always. What really gets me is that every time we tell them/order online. and say “do not knock” they knock anyways. Please L st drivers pay attention to the instructions on the receipt.

There are LOTS of options here–even non-pizza options–and the staff are very helpful. Got stranded and they helped us find the bus route…and even came by our table to remind us when there were about ~5 minutes left. And let’s not forget the food is great! Strongly recommend.

Not at all happy with this pizza shop! My receipt left the shop at 7:41 and it arrived at my house at 7:46 which was very quick, but my pizza and sub must have sat in the restaurant a while before it was taken out for delivery. The food was not even lukewarm at all & and the reason I ordered out was because my oven didn’t work, so I had no way of heating it up. First & last time I’ll order food there…

It was last Tuesday night. I ordered a cheese pizza and some French fries. I know they are always busy, so I expected to wait the 45 minutes. After and hour and 5 minutes I called them, a female voice answered and said “we are very busy, and it would go out on the next delivery.. I said my son was visiting me and I will have him drive up to get it as I’m only off Kenberma. My son left, after 15 minutes I called him and he was still waiting.. so i called and asked to speak to the manager, another female voice answered and said “we are very busy”. I said I realize that however it’s been 1.5 hours, my food will be cold. She said “what do you want me to do?” I said a piece of desert would be nice. She said she couldn’t do that and hung up on me. Then turned to my son and said ” how can I help you?” He said “I’m here for the order for my mother who you just hung up on.’ Again she was rude and said how busy they were. My son agreed that indeed they were busy, however that is no excuse to be rude. He brought home the food, it was cold. With a piece of cheesecake. Never ever will I go there again.
