This place needs to be shut down very dirty everywhere you look is dirty, and the deep frier oil very black is disgusting, health department needs to visit this place, the sausage and peppers was horrible and wings over cooked and smells like burn oil omg, they never cleaned at all.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the manager. Ordered a pizza in person and was told it was not going to be ready until 15min later. I expected to come back and pick it up in 15min, however, I had a change in schedule where I had to pick up my son 30min out after his appointment. I called the pals Bella to know I will not be home until 6pm and that I can either pay to have it delivered at 6pm or pick it up at 6pm. The manager told me the pizza would sit out for 2hrs and would not be fresh and complained about me not picking up the pizza He called me a moron for basically making my son 4 year old a priority and for not being able to pick up the pizza. I order from here often and I tip the delivery guys very well ordering 10$ tips. I will not ever order from this pizza shop ever again. The manager showed despicable behavior by name calling. Instead he should have used cognitive flexibility to be understanding of schedule changes and came up with a solution. Instead he whined like a little baby over the phone about a pizza sitting for 2hrs when I didn’t care if it sat for 2hrs, I just wanted my pizza. I have an oven at home. I give the delivery guys 5stars for putting up with the manager and I give the manager 1star. It wouldn’t surprise me if he spat in people’s food and was scared the bacteria from his mouth would cause food borne illness. Absolutely disgusting how he called me a moron for not being available. Also, wouldn’t surprise me how angry he gets when he is stood up on a date. Ladies stay clear from this lonely sad man. When I came in the shop he was sitting on his phone and jumped up when he saw me walk in. What a piece of work. He should be a delivery driver and the other drivers should teach him human kindness and respect. Again I didn’t care about my pizza sitting for 2hrs, he is the one who whined and complained throwing a tantrum over the phone like my 5year old. Go get help!

Pizza is amazin! Atmosphere not so much. I had a spitting headache before I finished my pizza slice. They have a TV At volume 10 and a kitchen Radio also volume 10 going at the same time. Very stressful atmosphere to eat. My advice to you is to pick up and get the hell out of there.

9 out of 10 times you go they’ll be closed even though it’s during their business hours. They need to either hire more staff so they can stay open during their business hours, change their business hours or simply hire staff that can make sure their business is open during the hours they post on their website. The food is okay ish for the price but not worth the walk or drive there because you will most likely end up disappointed and going home empty handed.

If I could give this place a zero I would, I’m not the type to leave a review but this definitely calls for it, we show up at 8:17 just looking to grab a bite quick and they say “we’re closed” website says 9 door says 10 and guy says 8. When we walked in the man was sitting in the kitchen smoking a cigarette. While we were trying to scarf down our food we were being stared at the whole time. When asked if they have napkins a rude comment was accompanied “over there” even though we looked already. When I got home I was very sick to my stomach due to the pizza,I know this because that’s the only food I ate that day. I definitely would not recommend eating here.

Don’t even bother with this place. Very dirty and rundown. Needs a vist from the health inspector. Continuously close early for no reason. Refuse to take call in orders 2-3 hours before they close. Ridiculous prices. Went tonight to get a slice and they were already closed. Not even 8pm and they’re closed. Door says 10pm. Guys inside stood there laughing at us. They themselves looked dirty. Absolutely avoid this place. The don’t deserve your money.

Many times have seen rats around the Bread they have delivered that sits out in the elements till one of the employees or owner decides to bring it in that is 100% grounds for a shut down alone but the condition of the inside is disgusting I really wanted to try this place due to few people in Waterford saying how good it was but after seeing dust,dead insects,filth the way they had it around the place then the rats haveing at the bread sub rolls maybe I’ll pass and if you value your health might wanna do the same
