Of course had a girls day out brunch. The inside is beautiful but the table ‘mats’ threw us off (its understandable but still weird lol). We were all pleasantly surprised at the portion of food. For my friends, drinks were good and strong. Food was so delicious. Perfectly cooked as well. Salad came with the quiche (still not over the size of the quiche slice) and it was fresh with an amazing simple but tasty dressing. Was hoping to try some dessert but they only served at a certain time so was kind of a bummer. More reason to visit again though!

My first time and it was amazing! Food, drinks, atmosphere. Highly recommend. I hear they have a great brunch on the weekends that I’m looking forward to. The staff was knowledgeable and fun. I got the Escargot, deviled eggs and steak burger. All delish in their own way.

We came to La Belle Helene for the first time to celebrate Mother’s Day, and it was quite good. The brunch was rich and varied, and everything tasted delicious. The only real critiques are minor: the roast beef was cooked beautifully but a little tough; the eggs in the Salmon Eggs Benedict were slightly over-poached. The pastries were marvelous and light or crispy as appropriate. The included Mimosas were generous and excellent, and I even have to compliment the coffee – good, strong, dark coffee. Our server Jessica was attentive & friendly.

A long overdue review for one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte! We’ll miss our weekend brunches at La Belle Helene! Great service and delicious food! A few of our favorites: lattes, croissants, burger, bananas foster French toast and the grilled cheese/tomato soup! The ambiance is great and always could walk in and sit at the bar.

Enjoyed brunch here today while carousing thru the city. I decided to come here at the last minute. The hostess was kind and accommodating. I was seated early, yay! The restaurant was busy, atmosphere is gorgeous. It’s a beautiful place for a nice meal. Even the bathrooms are great.

Quite a lovely place. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. The pastries are soft, flaky, and perfectly sweet. The crêpes are delicious fluffy and light. The omelette was perfect and the quiche was some of the best I’ve ever had. Can definitely recommend this place. I would have preferred slightly smaller portions as they are quite large so definitely come hungry.

La Belle Helene was fantastic. I atmosphere was chic and relaxing. The food was amazing. I had the bacon and onion omelet, and it was light and fluffy like a cloud. My daughter had the mixed berry crepe and she loved it. We also shared the Biscuit with strawberries and cream. Everything was great including our server.

Tori was an amazing food tour guide. She even made us custom surprise lattes what we loved! She really made our experience worth while. I got the lobster omelette and had a great experience. Will be back for other menus than brunch.

We chose to celebrate our anniversary at La Belle Helene. I made reservations about 2 weeks in advance. We arrived promptly at 7pm and were told our table would be ready in a few minutes. We waited 30 minutes to be exact! When we asked why, we were told there were several 7pm reservations before us. What? The food was average to say the least. The creme Brule was really good. Most restaurants we’ve celebrated our anniversary at typically comp the dessert – not La Belle. In fact they should have comped something/anything for making us wait so long for a reserved table! The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant interior is beautiful. However, we don’t recommend it and we won’t be back. It was a huge disappointment for an anniversary celebration.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The food truly speaks for itself, with well-flavored dishes that were perfectly cooked and visually appealing. I opted for the steak frites, and it was cooked to perfection. The interior design of the restaurant is stunning, combining a relaxed ambiance with a touch of elegance. I thoroughly enjoyed the vibes and atmosphere. Needless to say, I will definitely be returning for more delightful meals in the future.
