This is a wonderful old school traditional Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is superb, and the service is attentive. I had baked ziti, which was excellent. My only complaint is it’s a little pricey (paid about $35 per person), but the service and atmosphere justifies it!

My wife and I have eaten at La Bistro on several occasions. The food is truly and consistently good and the wait staff does a great job. The restaurant is run the old way that adds dignity to the ambiance. It is priced about to be expected in a high class restaurant. I must say that we have eaten it the “High Class” restaurants in Fort Worth and they no longer meet the standards we expect for a $300 meal. It would be very difficult to spend that kind of money at La Bistro Italian Grill. Having posted this, I think we are going over there tonight.

The food was great. I did not care for the salad, the house dressing was unusual. We were a party of 4 everyone liked what they order. I order the Chicken Sunrise it was amazing, chicken was very tender. The butter bread was great and date cake was warmth and moist, it’s a must try.

The live piano music, the ambience, the excellent customer services and the foods (ordered crab stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and lobster ravioli and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken) were beyond excellent.
