The stuffed jalapenos were amazing! A big win. The chicken enchiladas were OK, but I wasn’t impressed. I asked for pinto beans, but was given refried beans (which I do not like). My margarita was very good, and the salsa was very good too. The waitresses were very friendly.

Consistently the best for decades. I’ve been thinking about a beef Rueda for some time, I don’t live in Midland anymore but when I visit try to come to La Bodega. Nacho surpreme is wonderful, tasty salsa and chips. Great guacamole, and enchiladas. The food is fantastic, highly recommended.

Service was abrupt, food was cold straight out of the kitchen. Went with a work friend for a meeting, he was also upset how much he spent for cold food. Although the building and overall atmosphere was outstanding , I’m pretty sure we just got unlucky today. From what people were talking about around us and from reviews it’s a great place to visit and to try out, just for the short end of the stick this afternoon 🙁

I remember coming to this restaurant wirh my parents when I was a kid, it was good then and still good now! I haven’t been here in a long time and suggested to the hubby that we eat here. The husband absolutely loved this restaurant!!! It was really good. I had the regular Mexican plate and my hubby had the large combination fajitas nachos. I wish I got to take pictures of our plates but we were so hungry when we got them, we just dug in. LoL He definitely wants to go again to try other menu dishes, so we will be back for sure.

My last visit was 2005! This was a great day to visit after church on Sunday. As a child, teen and young woman this was such a great time with family and friends from Kelview Heights. It was like walking into a time capsule. The rice has always been a favorite of mine! I enjoyed my friend, my waitress was precious and the atmosphere never disappoints. A Family caring for Midland families! Service with a smile! I highly recommend and will be back soon. Thanks so much!

I asked my husband to stop by this restaurant to order two burrito supremes with shredded chicken w/out cheese. I am allergic to dairy (read:epipen). He said the English speaking lady had trouble altering the order and asked for help. Cut to the chase, the burritos had cheese. Was this the order taker’s fault or the kitchen staff’s fault? I only know that I ate beans and rice dinner. We were staying in a hotel at the time so this was very disappointing.

The food is always really good but its really hard to get service. We always sit in the greenhouse room, maybe thats why.. But rarely get a refill or if you forget to ask for something your better off getting up and asking the front desk then waiting…

I normally go to the Odessa location but had a change in mind and made the trip to Midland. Food was great and service was great. But the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable as soon as I walked in. I didn’t think much of it because I knew years ago(10+years ago) it was allowed but times have changed and it’s non smoking in almost all restaurants. WRONG!!! Not here. They allow smoking and had about 3 different tables upstairs who were smoking. Soo if you don’t want smoking make the trip to the Odessa location otherwise enjoy your food while inhaling other people cigarettes at the Midland location!!
