I often order lunch for my office from different local places and every single time there is at least one mistake, the people over the phone are always rude and the orders are sloppy and rarely labeled. La Bottega was the first place in 3 years that got every order right, everything was labeled and delicious. The woman taking my order over the phone was a delight. Even the delivery driver was helpful and sweet.

Great food and portions are huge for the price. Usually get 2 meals out of a single dish or great to share. Would absolutely suggest ordering over the phone/ online because they are pretty busy and pick up is much quicker option.

Very polite service but truly disappointing food. Bison burger served here is a bad excuse for the actual thing. Just the patty with dab of mayo and absolutely nothing else (no gorgonzola, no sauteed onions)! Mix veg panini with barely cooked zucchini, no pesto or any flavor.

I have changed my review from 4:00 to 2 stars. I initially really appreciated that they had an extensive menu with lots of vegan options. But now the restaurant doesn’t seem clean and the staff does not seem interested in customer service. And the food is decent.
