Although I’ve been living out of state for 3 years, whenever I come out to visit my family here in Santa Paula – this place is my go-to for drinks and/or dinner. It’s where I had my bridal shower! Luckily, last week my husband and I were able to roll in and have a jumbo original lime margarita and nachos during happy hour. And what a great happy hour it was! Lime margarita is still one of the best in the west. The atmosphere is always so lively and inviting. Service is great. And food never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Not great. Upcharged for everything! $2.25 (?) for a side of sour cream that came out and looked like ranch dressing. Food didnt taste great, but oh well I also got charged $2.50 for and extra flour tortilla. Server never looked at the table when they went by always jad to ask them to stop. If you want top dollar for mediocre restraunt look no further. oh and $14.50 for a bowl of albondigos? $14.50 for a bowl of soup???? Taco Bell is the better choice. Wont be back.

Average experience. I gave them 4 stars for service as they did a pretty good job for a bridal party rehearsal dinner of 15 people, although the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Only got two orders wrong. Lots of different food ordered, everyone thought their dinner was ok. Restaurant was clean, typical decor.

This place is a well established old-fashioned Mexican cuisine restaurant. It’s authentic, it’s delicious, decor appealing and appropriate. They have an outside patio, which is attractive now that we are around the corner of summer. Now for the food , it’s fantastic, they have all the classic Mexican dises just like home.. Flavor is explosive.. wonderful for you soul, good eats people it’s a must go to when your pasing throw Santa Paula .. God bless you all !!

Best environment & place to enjoy some delicious Mexican food bathroom are clean & there booth tables are very comfortable . There staff and management are great. Your greeted as you enter and leave. There margarita you gotta at least try once yummy as well. Chips & salsa are served as you get seated. They got my 5 star they have shirts for sale we recently purchased 2 and wear them proudly. We hope you enjoy as much as we do every time

Being there twice, the first time I asked the waitress if their chiles Reyenos were fresh and she said that they were freshly made so I ordered a convination of Chile Reyeno Taco and Enchilada, The Chile Reyeno was not fresh it was can it tasted sour, The tortilla for the Enchilada didn’t had any kind of salsa , it was just a plain tortilla rolled with cheese and the Taco wich was a crunchy shell was over cooked it tasted burned. The second time I ordered a shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were small, precooked, I ordered a large wich cost $20 dollars and I can say that probably half of that was tomatoes, it had like 3 little pieces of avocado. I do not recommend this place.

Great place but the only complaint I have is the bathroom lock doesn’t stay locked if someone from the outside pushes down on the door handle. It needs to be fixed. Other then that it’s a great place.
