I’m not a fan of chain restaurants and I enjoy trying local dives because that’s usually where you find good food. Unfortunately this was a miss. Although this place is cute and our waitress was very friendly, the menu is extremely limited. It was also hot in the restaurant; it’s basically a wood cabin with cute decor and all the tables and chairs are wood/handmade, so I get the feel they’re going for, fresh made-to-order house food, but it was just uncomfortable. And where were the bathrooms? I saw no signage and the only passage or hallway in the place led to the kitchen. Food was okay. I ordered the Choriquiles which is Chilaquiles with chorizo. It was a bit dry but the side of refried beans were actually pretty good. Our order of pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon looked delicious but the pancakes were tough and a little on the dry side.. We won’t be back, but if your breakfast options are limited, this place may suffice.

Highly recommend!! The flavor and serving size is fantastic. The price is not bad but it is worth it!!!! Beans and barbacoa taste amazing! Very Mexican not as Texmex. If you get the chance, go!!!!
