Sorry for the half eaten food pic guys, my daughter dug in and I had to pull her off to get a snap! I was thrilled to see a food truck pop up on Big Bend, and when MORE popped up I was thru the roof. This Colombian food truck is literally my new go to. Ever get that super flavorful beef but it’s just too heavy? I was shocked at how much flavor this had, how juicy it was, and how it felt so light in my stomach. These Arepas were huuuuge too! This is not like anything I’ve had around the greater Tampa area, and you’d be missing out NOT stopping here!

I enjoyed the tostones I ordered. Very tasty. Generous portion. The food truck had a big fan and awning to help me stay cool while waiting. I took it to go so I could enjoy it by Apollo Beach. Excellent service.
