First off, if you like nice fancy places, this is not the place for you. The place is clean the people are nice, they’re carnitas are some of the best I’ve ever had. Handmade tortillas, and the rice and beans were good.

This restaurant appears to be run by some senior citizens. In other words, someone’s abuelita is preparing the food. We ordered chiles rellenos, tacos dorados, and chilaquiles rojos. All three plates were delicious. Limited street parking on Whittier but there’s parking in the rear. I’m glad Yelp turned me on to this place. Oh! Their handmade corn tortillas were nice and thick. Held the chile rellenos well. Thanks, fellow Yelpers!

The food here is good decent I would say but the only problem with this place is that the wait time is a bit high if you order a couple things it may take 25 to 30 minutes to be ready.But besides the wait the food is pretty good.
