Everything I’ve tried on the menu so far has been excellent! Their tacos are tied for #1 in Taos (in my book). Best fries and onion rings hands down! Best Green Chile Cheeseburger. They are always so nice too, and you cannot beat their prices! Best food truck in Taos.

I’ve tried most of the Taos food trucks and this is the best one, IMO. Huevos rancheros- divine. Tacos are incredible: try the veggie taco! Reasonable prices, great service and the green chile sauce is mouth watering.

Delicious. Everything we tried was authentic Central American. Casamiento is a beans and rice mixture similar to Gallo Pinto. The fried plantains are sweet and perfectly cooked with crispy caramelized edges. If you’ve never had a pupusa, you’re missing out! Think fresh corn tortilla empanada. The green chile & pork pupusa was spicier than any Salvadoran food I’ve had, but it made this New Mexican smile through the whole meal. We brought home breakfast #2, green chile and pork pupusas, and agua fresca. The agua fresca we had was apple. Made of chopped and crushed apple, refreshing, light and addicting. Thinking about it makes my mouth water. It was all so good my sister stopped by while we were eating and had to go back for more.

I never had El Salvadoran food…I’m so glad I ate here…friendly, helpful…since I was not familiar with their menu…oh my, chicken sandwich…huge, flavorful…pupusa…we had 3 different ones…delicious! Yucca and fried pork…we ordered a second one it was so good! They are in Taos 6 months…and if you are there…Go…you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, this location does not have Pupusas any longer. It is under new ownership and menu. To be honest, I didn’t really notice the new menu, The young man I spoke to was friendly and polite.

We really enjoyed our take-out order for several varieties of pupusas and fried plantains with cream. Both were unfamiliar to us. The food truck has several covered tables available for those who want to eat onsite.

When they make the grill cheese right, it’s my favorite place to eat in town.

One of the best one-of-a-kind meals in Taos. Pupusas and chicken torta are extraordinary. Also the ensalada is magnificent. Never have had a bad meal here. Always mouth-wateringly good. Some places you can taste the love in every meal and feel the love from the chefs. This is one of those diamond places. Highly Recommend! Thank u, Amelia SF
