If I could give no stars, I would. First and last time going. I ordered two burgers and two sides of fries and waited for an hour! At first we were hesitate to check up on it because they were busy, but once you see cars getting there after you and they leave with orders, you start wondering, “where is my order?” I decided to check up on my order and they had lost the order! The girl who was helping me was being treated terrible from her sister, who later claimed to be the manager. “The manager” showed no interest in trying to redo our order because she claimed it was already made.. but I didn’t get it, I still had the buzzer.

Worst experience of my life, and that says alot considering it’s Albuquerque, and I didn’t even get to try the food and waited over an hour for 2 burgers and some fries. “Manager/cook/business owner” doesn’t know how to talk to her employees or her customers. She claimed to have made my order but I wouldn’t wait in that ghetto parking lot for over an hour just for fun. She decided she would make my order anyways after I asked for a full refund but only received a refund after I completely refused to take the “food” she had prepared. I heard great things of this place and had a good experience when they were off central, who knows what happened to the former owners.

I used to come here all the time over 4 years ago. I just have recently went and was disappointed. Before the hamburgers were $5 now there $6.75 and the hamburgers weren’t like how I remember. The Wendy’s hamburgers taste better and is way cheaper. Maybe the hotdogs are good but I don’t wanna risk that.

Probably one of the worst experiences you’ll ever have if you go here if not the worst. They don’t even deserve one star. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE. The girls that were “working” were probably the worst combo of employees to ever have working the same shift. A disaster is how I would describe their attempts in trying to fix the issue I addressed to them with my food.

Fantastic hotdogs and burgers, all the flavors are balanced really well and nothing is overwhelming. Outdoor seating is nice and covered. Very friendly employees and they were all wearing masks, highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend eating litteraly anywhere else, i will admit the hot dogs are good, the terrible service, and the wait is not worth it. On multiple occasions ive found hair in my food, and a BUG, yes i found a cockroach in my food and thet refused to give me a refund or make my food again. The area is also very sketchy, this one time a very gross looking man came up to me and my dad and offered to buy my little sister.
