Cozy outdoor sitting with large tables with benches. Protection from the elements. Heating lamps when it gets chilly. Plenty of parking.

Everything was absolutely delicious, made with lots of attention to detail. The chicken was both crispy and juicy, sitting on a bed of perfect plantains with a side of cabbage slaw. The pastelitos will be on my mind for the rest of the week, and the lengua tacos were divine! So tender. I loved the pickled onions and jalapeños that came with everything.

We picked up dinner and everything was good! Food was ready in10 minutes . My favorite was the enchiladas (how do they stay crispy? I live 15 min away and was still crunchy when I got home.

True Honduran food is hard to come by, so this food truck offers a real culinary experience for anyone willing to try something new. We ordered two Honduran specialties, pollo frito (chuco) con tajadas and baleadas. Not only did they remind us of home, but it was obvious that the cook held the spirit of Honduras in their hands and en su sazón.

Great food, friendly customer service interactions, and so happy my friend recommended them to me. They are located in the green food truck in the middle of the parking lot of an old hotel lot which is being remodeled. They are remodeling the lot so they are bringing in more customers to all the shops here. I ordered the Pollo Fritos Con Tajadas and unfortunately was so excited to eat I didn’t take a picture of it. After finishing my food, I had to finish it off with a Honduras Soda!!! I definitely recommend this place especially for you foodies who want to experience Honduran food.

We had an excellent lunch at La Casa Des Amigos! The Honduran enchiladas were delicious as was the burrito. The servers were super friendly and helped us pick out tasty options. The heated covered seating area provided a cozy respite from the rain. Highly recommended!

We found this food truck pop up in the market area down the street from us. The staff was very friendly and inviting. They have a nice set up so you can eat right by the truck in warm cover. The food is very good, the enchiladas were very crispy and well seasoned and the fried bananas are a nice surprise. Looking forward to coming back to try more Honduran food!

We finally tried La Casa De Amigos for dinner and we feel it’s one of the better restaurants in Edmonds. We ordered the Pollo Fritos Con Tajadas, Pastelitos, and the Quesabirria Con Consume and everything was excellent. The consume clearly had a lot of love put into it. The Pollo Fritos had flavors I haven’t had in a long time and even though its fried it eats fresh. All the food had a fresh and vibrant flavor. We ordered the kids taco plate with mini tacos and our 3 year old daughter loved it. The owner was friendly and it was clear he is passionate about his food. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Ever since La Casa De Amigos has moved in replacing the Midnight Cookie Co. I’ve visited at least once a week. While I routinely just get a burrito, I’ve tried at least 70% of the menu and have never been disappointed! If you’re looking for a tasty meal definitely stop by!
