Best corn tortillas in Brownsville. They used to have great pork tamales but lately the pork is too chunky and not shredded with no red juice seeping out like before. They offer other Mexican staples that I haven’t tried but honestly I’m just here to buy their corn and flour tortillas

Ordered 4 tacos. Barbacoa was not too good. Buche was too salty. Tortillas were cold. Tamales had a bit of sour taste. Not too sure if it was an ingredient that they used or they were starting to go bad. Do not recommend this place. The one Star is for the friendly staff.

Absolutely recommend this place. Caritas, tripitas, and chicharones were absolutely amazing. Have tried several Mexican delicacy eateries and this is definitely in the top 3, and don’t sleep on the tortillas as well.
