I was looking forward to this being a good experience but was disappointed. I called before ordering and explained I can’t eat beans for health reasons. I was told that is not a problem to add it on the special instructions of each item. SURPRISE! My food arrived with beans! I called to give them the chance to correct the situation and they wanted me to leave work and exchange the food I just paid to have delivered followed by them rudely disconnecting the call. I tried to call back with no answer. Total disregard for customer service and quality control.

Food was good. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the food took long to receive and it turned out to be more expensive than expected. The portions could be a little bit more for the price of each item I requested (2 baleadas, 1 yuca & chicharron=$30).

I’m giving this place 4 stars because of the baleadas. They were quite big and actually pretty good, definitely order the chicken mega baleada over the beef mega baleada. The pupusa mixta was ehhh… it had a thicker than normal crust/dough and more cheese than meat. The fried chicken tacos are not good.

We asked to the waitress what a mega baleada is, and she said can be with chicken or beef, beans, sour cream, cheese, egg and avocado, so we ordered it, guess what? We got a beef baleada with no avocado and when we asked what happened the manager was so rude and said that she doesn’t know why the waitress gave us wrong info but if we wanted chicken we’ll have to wait long time.

We ordered pupusas and the big baleadas with multiple meats. The baleadas were delicious, and fresh. The pupusas were not what I expected but they were not bad. Overall we will return. The price was not bad the service was very good. We will return.
