I asked for two cheese pupusas and four steak tacos. Somehow the young lady and I got lost in translation.. even though I told her my full order in Spanish WORD PER WORD. Instead of being charged 1.75 per the four tacos we ordered. We were charged somewhere between 3.99 to 5.99 for Baleadas.(WE DID NOT WANT THOSE) I’m unsure of the charged amount due to the fact I was never handed a copy of my receipt. What I do know is as supposed to being charged somewhere between 12 to 14 dollars we were charged 38 dollars, left a 7 dollar tip totaling out to 45 dollars. We waited very long for our food, she lost our order thus causing a major delay in the process as well as asking me three different times if I’ve already paid when I paid right after ordering my food, not to mention giving me an attitude when I asked for another sauce. Given the amount of food I ordered for myself and my family asking for ONE more sauce is reasonable! As to why it was not to her and she felt as though it was professional to act snarky is beyond my comprehension. As for the food, service aside there was no steak in my Baleada. As if it wasn’t bad enough that I didn’t want that, now we had to eat something that was significantly more expensive and had tough, chewy pieces of steak. For the money we spent on our food we could have went to the grocery store and bought a nice cut of meat with less fat and more substance. We will not refer our friends or family and will not be returning unfortunately. It’s sad to say because as Hispanics we really wanted to find a genuine spot to enjoy foods we love and know but I guess the search continues..

This restaurant is poorly managed. They have hardly no staff which means you can be waiting a long time to be seated at a table or to get your food. In addition, they typically are missing regular items from the menu like coffee. The other day they could not serve us soda because they said the refrigerator is broken which made us wonder if the food was kept in the right temperature. Worst of all our waiter had snots coming out of his nose and was obviously not well enough to work that day. We decided to leave without ordering any food.

We have been here about 5 times each time the service gets worse and worse. They are always understaffed. They don’t have sodas or coffee. Their fridge is always broken. The staff they do have needs customer service training. The cook is also the waitress, delivery person and cashier. Never going back again.

Ok so my first few experiences were good! But my last two were highly disappointing. I wonder if once you start to frequent there quality goes down BUT Saturday we got a whole bunch of food and pupusas de queso all I ate were pupusas and got VERY SICK. Not sure if it was bad cheese or sauce but omg it was a horrible experience. Then Sunday my family was in the mood for tacos, so we take a chance and order 20!!! Drive about 40mins from where we live pick up our food get him and they really mixed horribly BURNT steak with a very few pieces of non burnt steak. Literally if I was closer I would have demanded my money back. I won’t be returning because that’s just a horrible way to do business!!!! I’m disgusted that they would take advantage of a big order and instead of appreciate my business they basically spit in my face with the charcoal put into those tortillas.
