The portion was big and the owner will definitely make you laugh, awesome customer service. Small restaurant but with really good food. We drove an hour to go and would do it again. We got 2 orders of mofongo with meat and two different sandwiches. Really affordable too.

Very cool little Puerto Rican shop. Staff spoke English very well. The chicken is very good, but don’t forget to use the orange colored sauce at the table with it. The portions are extremely generous for the price. The area is a little questionable, but everyone we met was extremely nice. I would try to park directly in front of the building for peace of mind regarding your vehicle.

I bought lunch for the family. The service was great! We ordered arroz con gandules with Pernil. It had great flavor, especially the Pernil. It reminded me of my Abuela from Puerto Rico. The Pastelillos were good and much better than Kefon. We will definitely try the mofongo next time.

This was by far, the best Mofongo I have had outside of Puerto Rico! Walking in, I felt a bit unsure, but upon entering I felt completely confident and at ease. The little older gentleman in the kitchen with a massive Mortar and Pestle banging out each individual order had me utterly fascinated. He was greeting regulars as they entered without ever stopping his work. Roasted Pork and the seafood medley Mofongo, along with the beef Alcapurias. There are no words!!

Atmosphere left a lot to be desired. It’s a one man operation. Don’t get the stuff in the warmer. Hard to tell how long it’s sat in there. Ask for the mofongo with whatever meat…yum. Garlicky and wonderful.
