We had been traveling and were tired of burgers. We drove around and found this little gem. Kind service and delicious food. Traditional chips n salsa brought to your table. We asked for the spicier salsa and enjoyed the unique flavor.

Visited La Casita while on a road trip back to Colorado. Had the chorizo breakfast burrito with hashbrowns and loved it! The restaurant smelled like fresh coffee, service was friendly and quick and I liked that it was clean inside and the food was hearty. Would definitely revisit to try out the lunch menu. I ate my breakfast so fast I forgot to snap a picture of how delicious it looked.

We were looking for some place to try, other than the usual cafe we go to. This place did NOT disappoint. The food was great. Full of flavor and perfect portions. Our 8-year old even asked for a second quesadilla!! We will definitely be back!

My mask had just broke and asked the waitress if she had any others as there is a mask requirement to enter. Very rudely she said “no.” I commented on rudeness and she told me I could go elsewhere. A simple and polity no would have worked just fine. Look elsewhere if you would like friendly staff.
