This restaurant is a cut above most Mexican restaurants I’ve visited outside the atlanta perimeter. More and better Margarita choices (the manager happily explained the 1-10 rating system for tequila quality) and more interesting menu choices. My Aztec salad was excellent, with plenty of shrimp and nicely seasoned chicken. The guac dip with corn and crumbled bacon was a nice fresh change, and the freshly made salsas are a cut above most mom and pop suburban mex. When we visited, workers were retiling the patio for summer. There will be lots of outdoor seating. I’m just sorry I’m so seldom in Canton.

We tried this place for the first time today, and it was delicious! The margarita selection (mezcal cocktails too) and service were great; we’ll definitely be back! They also have an outdoor area and bar for when it gets a bit warmer out.

We came here a couple years ago and to be honest it was horrific, I would have given one star back then. The drinks were OK but the food was barely edible. They had no chicken on the menu and what they scrounged up was some kind of pre breaded frozen chicken patty they tried to put into a taco. It was awful, both of us hated our food and we swore we would never come back. We saw a recent post where they were under new management so we thought we would give them another shot. I am so glad we came back the difference was like night and day! The food was absolutely delicious, very marinated well seasoned and and also large portions for a really good price. We both got burritos and they were absolutely delicious and they were so large we had to take half our food home with us. Very tasy salsa too! Drinks were also delicious! Service was a bit slow, almost an hour and a half for a weekday lunch, but we will be back. They made some amazing changes here!

One of our favorites! Service and food are always phenomenal! The chicken soup is the best around, but all of the food we’ve had has been great. Pro tip: sit at the bar for some beautiful unexpected mountain views. The owner, Lupe, will always make you feel right home!

First visit. Not a great experience. My taco salad was sub par. No cheese, meat was mushy, lettuce was no fresh. Still tipped waiter well. Was walking out and dropped my phone. The disrespect dark curly haired teen with the glasses at the hostess kiosk began clapping loudly and even though it was painfully hard to hear with the music blaring, I swear he said great job stupid……. I spend roughy $1500.00 a month dining out, and won’t spend another dime here.

The staff is so loving. They even asked the Cook specific questions for me without me even asking. He was very helpful. Everybody here is very warm and welcoming. We had the brisket tacos and they have every kind of tortilla you can think of to choose from. We poured the queso on top of the brisket tacos. Can I just say heaven! The salsa is delicious. The black beans are delicious but Charro is delicious. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends, but they have to be prepared and like flavor. This place has serious flavor.

We had a wonderful experience at La Catrina. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. The hostess warmly greeted us and chatted as she took us to our table. Our server arrived quickly with warm chips and fresh salsa to take our drink order. The menu has a wide variety of options. I highly recommend the Jalisco enchiladas and the shrimp tacos. There are so many windedul drink options. The Hidden Gem margarita is aptly named and was so delicious. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Such a great place to come for date night, with a group, or just dinner in a Tuesday!
