Food in incredibly fresh and flavorful. Prices can’t be beat. Order at counter, then grab a seat (limited outside during C19 restrictions). I wish I could eat here every day. Had the a la carte mixed tostada this time – amazing amount of octopus, with fresh veggies…flavor was MMMM!!

Everything I’ve ever ordered has been amazing. Today I had the consommé, my husband had a taco salad. My soup was so rich and delicious. I cant wait to go back for more. It’s simple and fresh and reminds me of my grandma’s cooking. It’s a very special restaurant.

Hard to rate this place at 5 star and your milage may vary… Buuuuut I like the mixed tostada ceviche for the $, very much… OK on other stuff… However ordered a gordita the other day and it was unreal, very traditional but then what do I know, a giant stuffed corn tortilla really good…

One of the top three most authentic Mexican foods in all of Santa Cruz county!! The suadero (beef brisket) tacos are off the hook. Knowing a bit of Spanish doesn’t hurt. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I’m actually hesitant to give a review because I don’t want my “gringo” secret to possibly have an affect on availability. Five stars easy. I’m guessing any and ALL one and two star reviews are from other local competition. Relax mi amigos, there’s plenty of people and food so that everyone can be happy.
