Decatur has its share of yummy restaurants, but this is a stand out. The atmosphere is adorable & the service is great. The owner is usually present & offers personalized & friendly service. I love their chips/salsa/chipotle cheese (like Mexican pimento cheese), cocktails. I adore the house salad—perfect for summer. Seating inside & out & they even validate parking in the adjoining apartment complex. Try it!

We had an enormous party and they were constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their food is very well made – everything has that homemade vibe to it. I especially enjoyed the mushroom quesadilla!

Authentic Mexican Style restaurant with excellent homemade salsa. I tried the breakfast biscuit with bacon, egg and cheese. If you are looking for a local spot with great outdoor seating and food. This is it.

Their tacos, roja salsa, and horchata are delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. My waitress, Urja, was so sweet and recommended the iced horchata with a shot of espresso… really tasty! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

The food was so yummy! I was here for the Decatur High School “Dinner & a Show” fundraiser so the menu was pre-fixe and themed to compliment the show. We had tapas items. And the drinks were “spirit forward”. The owner came around and greeted us and made sure the food was enjoyable.

It was delicious, the food was very fresh. The homemade tortillas, salsa, and chips alone are worth the visit. We had the most welcoming staff, light fun atmosphere. The horchata was spiced perfectly and the latte made with it was a good nonalcoholic option. I will return to try margaritas for sure. Definitely going to visit again.

I don’t write reviews but this restaurant is worth it. The atmosphere is welcoming and both family friendly and good for a date night, the service is phenomenal (even for your pups who get special biscuits on the patio), the salsa is the best in town, and the chicken caeser salad will have you coming back weekly (it’s so much more than just a salad – it’s heaven). I recommend the watermelon margarita, the street corn, the quesadillas, the morning cinnamon rolls – pretty much all of it.

We tried this place for the first time in person and loved it. Had a great takeout experience before that. Cocktails were great and food was excellent as well. Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a family friendly environment with a nice patio.

This place is just the best experience, every time. We look forward to seeing Catherine, the owner, who is a ray of sunshine and kindness. The patio is beautiful and a parent’s dream, with a courtyard for kids to run around. And dog friendly! With homemade dog treats and everything. The food always hits right – best chips and salsa around, street tacos, fresh salads. It’s just a block off the Decatur square but tucked away. Go find it!

This restaurant and the owners/staff are truly amazing!! The restaurant is clean and is decorated beautifully. My family has gone twice now for two different special occasions and they’ve treated us so well and were so friendly. You can literally feel the beams of sunshine coming off the owners!! The food and drinks are also delicious! Highly recommend coming here.
