The service was not the best. No one directed us to sit ourselves. It was very busy on Sunday so perhaps that was the cause. The pupusas were not it. As a proud Salvi, I can say maybe have one. They don’t have desayuno tipico. Also something about having to many options on a menu may not be the best idea.

Our family tried the pupusas, baleadas, pastelitos, plátanos fritos, quesadilla, and mango agua fresca. Everything came out hot and delicious. The agua fresca was thick and true mango – not like cool aid. This is going to be a regular stop for us. Can’t believe we are close enough to walk to get such yummy food! Delicious!

This place is the bomb! Gotta give a try for some authentic pupasa’s. LaCocina de Betty does it up right and won’t disappoint. Check out the menu for other specialities. Good flavor and just the right amount of food for lunch. Served with quickness and friendliness. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions about the menu. Fresh ingredients!
