Wow. The food was so hot and fresh. Made from scratch chips, food and salsa. A true Moms Mexican cooking place. Come in the solo door and ring the bell. I have never had horchata from scratch before. The building was old. It’s a very southern set up. Looks crazy in side but I dear you to eat the food. It was so good. I love giving my money to hard working people and not a corporate company. I highly recommend!!!!

The place is not that inviting from the outside.. the kid running the register and taking orders is not that good but the food… the food is some of the best you will get anywhere in this category.. the asada tacos are fresh… they make their chips and salsa fresh as well.. the pork green chile is the best i have had anywhere.

If there was ten stars I would give it. The best burrito I ever had. These wonderful people put their hearts in it. Second visit was great. Pretty soon this will become a regular place for me.

An excellent little Mexican restaurant, definitely off the beaten path. They offer just about anything imaginable. We tried a smothered burrito carne asada, enchilada Verdes and a chili relleno. Everything was excellent. They also sell tamales by the dozen.

Amazing Mexican food, maybe the best I’ve had in Greeley. Good prices, really authentic and fantastic food. Definitely a hidden gem.

The building is honestly just gross, but we wanted to give it a shot. It was soooo hot in there.. They had a small rolling window type unit but the tube is piped into the mail slot. The mail slot is closed on the outside, so it’s literally just creating heat.. After ordering and paying, they then informed me that 2 of the 3 items we ordered were out of stock.. Ok.. well we will settle for what they do have in place of what we ordered. It was all garbage, every bit of it. Torta was bland, meat was hard, tortilla on burrito couldn’t even be cut with a knife, no cheese existed in the smothered burrito we ordered, with cheese. Anyways, we ended up throwing away more than half our takeout. Won’t be returning unfortunately.. tried to support small business but this was a mistake on our part.

Hidden gem. Quaint but very authentic. Some people might be put off by their location and hand written menu. This is what keeps me coming back for more. Their attention is in the quality of the food, the rest is just trivial to the chefs. For example, sometimes I’m served packaged tortillas, other times they are freshly hand made. Same goes for their chips. It’s almost as if my own mother was running this place.

We enjoyed everything about this place. The people, the environment, and the food. The tamales are amazing! My favorite are the green and red chicken tamales. I agree, it’s a “hidden gem”. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place.
