La Cocina Oaxaqueña is a Food Truck that serves food in the style of Oaxaca, Mexico. We offer Tacos, Tortas, Tlayudas, and more! Yes, we offer Tlayudas. If you’ve never heard of one, trust me, it’s delicious. We are not you’re typical taco truck. We serve you food you may have seen, but in the style of Oaxaca, because taco trucks are everywhere but Oaxacan Food, we’re the only one who does it right… unless you want to fly 1,000 miles to get it just as good.
We open early in the morning for all of the local hard workers who are looking to buy food to take to work or even eat before work begins and we close late because making dinner is not worth it when good food is around the corner.
