I used to like this place a lot. It was my go to burrito place in Oroville. Recently I have been asking for easy rice and even no rice on my burritos. For at least the last 7 times now that I have ordered this way, I have recieved a burrito with 80% or more filled with rice. Even if I ask politely and many times for no rice. I know rice is cheap filler, but I would like something else in my burrito. Even if my burrito is much smaller, due to the fact that there is no rice in it. I like the normal amount of rice, not whatever these burritos have become. Pictured is my fajitas burrito that I politely asked to have no rice, and this is what I get. It’s not worth fighting anymore. This place has lost my business. The staff is always nice, no matter how busy they are. I guess that’s what kept me here for so long.

Nice people and great food. You get a free food item after ten purchases just don’t tell them your using the freebie until after they make it aka if your using the freebie call it in so it’s made prior to you getting there. If you walk in then they want the money up front and well you will be using the freebie card and they do not hook up the food at all. I ordered food last night here and when I got my burrito I couldn’t even eat the entire thing it was so full. Last time, I used my freebie card and told them this over the phone. Got there and looked like I was getting a Taco Bell burrito to be completely honest. Nice people and great food but to me that’s not really I’d say right to the customer but that’s just my opinion. Burrito cost me like 15 bucks. So 15 times 10, that’s $150.00 bucks so idk you be the judge on if the freebie should be equal to as if you were paying cash. I personally believe it should but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Prices are ridiculous and if you want extra hot sauce u have to pay 75 cents for a little plastic container…do you u make enough money on those ridiculous burritos that barely have any meat….mostly beans and rice…just ridiculous!!!!

Food is really good. I’ve only eaten a burrito so I really don’t know about their other dishes. However, based on the burrito the food is delicious
