This is a -1 rating. Customer service was not there. A worker at the register was on his phone while tending to me. My order was wrong and over priced for what I got. And the manager kept saying “I don’t know”. So I asked her what did she know, and then she suggested I cancel my order, and I did!! That was my first, last and ONLY time I go to this location. I’ve been to others that were better. But this one on 10769 Eastex Frwy, is NOT the place to go!!! DON’T DO IT!!! ❌❌❌

It was really good. The flavor penetrates the shell and the and the tails were saucy…but I didn’t love it…it was ok…but the reason why it’s only 3 stars is that the gave me FROZEN crays…which I buy out of season..but they should’ve said they don’t have fresh ones. And it was not frozen well…the meat was chewy….but every think else was delicious. Especially the funnel cakes.

Crawfish flavor is awesome but the price was extra higher than usual. One pet pieve is how they cut a normal size piece of fish in 2 and thats 2 pc fish order. Few yrs back was 2 normal size pieces. And they are sooooo stingy with tartar sauce and coleslaw. They dont even fill the tiny containers.
