Visit our Tasting Room for craft cocktails, local beer and handcrafted fresh food offerings. Tours of the distillery are offered Thur-Sun in the afternoons (reservations recommended). There is also a retail space to purchase bottles of our gin, vodka and whiskey as well as other La Crosse Distilling Co. merchandise.

Had a great time in the restaurant. I made friends with an older couple from Prairie Du Chien. The Bloody Mary was great. Paired it with their “Yellow beer” per the bartenders recommendation. Was not disappointed 🙂 The bartender had just gotten a sick chest tattoo and was more than happy to tell us more about it when we asked about it. The catfish tacos without the salsa was a bit bland but the salsa was the best that I have had! Come check it out and have some fun with the staff and the other patrons.

The chicken sandwich was amazing. The whole family loved the fries! My toddlers enjoyed their quesadilla and fruit! The outside patio was beautiful and relaxing. We felt as thought it was family friendly. The service was quick and friendly! No wait to be seated and food came quick! This was such a great stop.

If our food experience was anything, go just for the drinks. We ordered a 3-piece fish fry and when we asked what kind of fish we were told perch. The plates arrived and there were only 2 pieces of fish and we were told that the weight of the 2 pieces equaled 3 pieces. Since when is that how you serve the fish in a fish fry? Two is 2 and three is 3…period. Also, it was not perch but cod – we know the difference. The coleslaw was bland. The sauce was some weird tasting concoction the color of Thousand Island dressing but tasted like chipotle. Sorry but, in Wisconsin, you serve tartar sauce with a fish fry! Another table nearby also had the fish fry and I watched one of them taste the sauce, make an ugly face and say something to their dinner companion. The bread wasn’t rye but a sweet yeast roll instead which was okay. We will never order food at this place.

Our drinks were excellent. Mine was an old fashion press and my husband’s was a smoked old fashion. Our first order of chicken wings were over cooked. We spoke with our waitress about them being over cooked. She apologized and put in a new order. The chef came out with our new order and they were delicious. It would have been a 5 star review if the first batch wasn’t overdone. BUT, they corrected it and they were terrific. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back!!! Great atmosphere and service.
