Loved the diverse menu choices and well-done margaritas variants. Carne Asada stood out deconstructed lamb shank presentation outpaced the dish. Very developed taco choices delivered fresh combos and flavors but hard to defend a $8 three bitter in Mke. Similar with apps, Guac good but accompanied by a light basket of not warm chips. queso good but light on portions. Super inconsistent as Cazuela was a full-sized side. Would like to return to tackle the ensladas, a soup and a couple more of the entrees. I rarely do I consider a review on price. But the value made it tough to move it to a 5 star.

Heard a lot of good things, and wasn’t disappointed. Great atmosphere. Fabulous service. Fantastic food. Many gluten free options. Don’t miss the incredible Dos Moles appetizer. The tacos were creative and flavorful. Flan was perfect. Loved how the deep simple flavors of the Dos Moles played against the complexity of the tacos and finished with again deep simple flavors of the flan.

The food here is absolutely incredible. The steak is melt-in-your-mouth phenomenal. The guacamole has pomegranate in it, which I would never expect, but it adds a fantastic pop of flavor. I’ve eaten here a few times now and try something new each time. Everything is well worth the price.

We’ve heard good things about La Dama so we gave it a try. Our server Ana was incredible. We got there early, but the kitchen paced our food so that everything didn’t pile up in the table. We started with cocktails, oysters, salad and they were incredible. When it came time for wine to pair with our tacos, my partner explained what she was looking for and Ana absolutely nailed it. Honestly. She knows her wine.

One of the most incredible restaurants in Milwaukee for a great dining experience. From their cocktails, mezcal, and wine selection to their bold and exquisite food menu, La Dama is a must! The service is always friendly and knowledgeable, and their patio is beautiful for summer dining. Great service, food and drink. Definitely recommend getting 3 different tacos to maximize your experience. Pork belly was the table favorite. Duck had some kick! Grouper was solid. Desserts were all yummy, and the tequila flight is a great intro to the basics. Oh, and the tequilla old fashioned was a wonderful new take on a wisconsin classic. Small place: go on a weeknight to avoid the rush and enjoy a relaxed pace.
