Fresno’s shining star for Mexican food. Ordered the Carne Asada taco plate and 2 more tacos for the wife. First off, the portions are very large. The tacos come with an insane amount of meat and are very filling. Now to the flavor. STRAIGHT FIRE. The taste of the food here is too good to be true. Some unique features of the tacos are that they have guacamole salsa as well as the red salsa. The side of rice was exactly what I am looking for. Dine in and enjoy the friendly service or take out. You’ve gotta try this place!

Super tasty Mexican food! They have consistent quality Mexican food. I come all the way from Sanger because this place is the best. I wish they had longer hours . You have to catch the Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

I mean, it’s the best Taco in Fresno. Hands down. Been searching Fresno for the best tacos for years, and can’t find one that Tops LA Elegante. Simple. The staff is the best. They are kind, attentive and simply throw it down. You gotta be real Fresno just to find the place, but the best tacos in California are in Fresno.

Ordered menudo and tacos for my husband and I and I don’t know how they messed up the order they brought one bowl of menudo out with the fixings and some corn tortillas that were fried like for tacos and and empty bowl and 1 taco like we’re going to split the bowl and 1 taco. The girl asked my husband if he’s just gonna eat a taco. We’re like no we ordered 2 bowls of menudo and 2 tacos and drinks. I found a blond hair in my menudo. Yes there was a girl with highlights in her hair.and a big in my ice. I requested more ice for my drink so it was a bug frozen in my ice . Threw the drink away and that other nonsense didn’t bother the husband . They were very nice though.

Some of the most amazing, authentic Mexican Food you can have In Fresno, CA, Hours are short, if they were open an hour longer they would have that much more Buisness! Get there before lunch , before the locals do! Service is very fast so don’t expect to wait forever if the small place is crowded! Delicious food! Well worth trying if traveling by or visiting!
