Dont be fooled by the location. It’s in a not so good, very sketchy part of Long Beach. But once you walk inside, you will be welcome with a warm hospitality. The staff are wonderful. Friendly and Welcoming. The food are amazing and all made fresh to order. Rich, authentic mix of Guatemalan and El Salvadoran cuisine. Pupusas are authentic, come out piping hot, generous filled with cheese, beans and meat. Filete al Mojo de Ajo (Swai Fish fillet Grilled and topped with Garlic Sauce) was Excellent! Very Generous size filet, perfectly grilled and seasoned well with garlic sauce. For dessert, we ordered the Empanadas with Cream. Perfect way to end our meal. I’m so glad that they opened one in Long Beach so I dont have to drive all the way in Torrance. My only negative critic is the lack of parking. But plenty of street parking in the area.

My gf brought me here, she said there is a location by her house, and I would love it. So we tried the Long Beach location, and omg, it surely was an experience. This is a whole new cuisine for me, so I was excited to try it. I needed step by step guiding on how to eat everything, so I was very glad I did not venture by myself, always better when someone knows what’s going on!!!

Yum yum yum. We got 3 different kinds of Papusas and they were so tasty! We love Papusas so it’s always exciting when we find somewhere that makes really good ones. We tried the shrimp papusa which we had never had before. They had a lot of fun, authentic drinks which we’d like to try next time.
