Some of best Mexican food I have ever had. You have got to go here. I had the Queso Chicken burrito. The chicken was chopped and cooked on the flattop and had a little crunch to it. I have never had it that way before. And REAL cheese with lettuce and beans if wanted. The red hot sauce was warm and home made. The tomatillo sauce was spicy HOT and some of the best ever. I cannot wait to go back. Diana was a great waitress. Tell her I said hi.

One of my favorite places to eat when I’m visiting family. They are family owned and operated. Their breakfast burritos are a decent size and made of eggs, potatoes, bacon (I’m talking about the real kind of bacon) or chorizo and whatever else you want in them. This place does not skimp on portions. I enjoy their tacos, enchiladas and hamburgers. If you like Menudo, you better get there early because they always sell out fast. This place might be small but from the owners to the patrons they make you feel like family when dining in. Order ahead for pick up if you’re in a hurry. Give this little Mexican diamond in the rough a try. You won’t be disappointed.

A place in the middle of Avalon Texas that is worth finding. Their burrito is wonderful…but the true greatness were the powder sugared cookies I purchased on impulse at the register…melt in your mouth delicious. Worth the drive.
