We sat at the bar and ordered breakfast. The food was delicious and our server was very friendly! I docked it because the place smells. My wife said fish, I said they mopped the floors with really old water. Also, the lady stocking the grab-n-go area was very unprofessional. We saw numerous people walk up to her and wait. She was on a call on her Bluetooth and eventually said, “go sit down.” And waved with her hand. Again, the food is good.

Good service, but food wasn’t good. Expensive for just a little better than fast food. Dry fish tacos. Rice was not good. Chips were the best part of our meal. We weren’t impressed. (And I like just about any food)

Looking for a place to eat and wait for our flight home. La Familia Tacos & Tequila Is THE place to be! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! Larry (GM) knows how to make you feel right at home.The margaritas and food are very good! We really enjoyed the music too! Juan knows how to make the drinks you will enjoy! Next time at the Ft. They gave me the most nastiest slop I’ve ever seen in my life It was dripping grease, barely had any meat and I couldn’t put that nasty looking slop in my body. The service was slow also. Don’t eat here!

Let me start off by saying the service was horrendous. But… the food was really good for a airport restaurant. I probably look like a mad man reviewing a airport terminal restaurant. But this has to be done to recognize the place. The food was really expensive for what I received. Not worth the price. The flavors were definitely there, especially being made in a airport which I’m sure the kitchen isn’t that big. But the service was awful my sister had asked if the tacos came with tomatoes which she was told no. Guess what… they came out with pico de gio all over them. The waitress never came back and checked on us for refills or if we even enjoyed the food. When we asked the host to go find our waitress he had no sense of urgency. Eventually our waitress came back and we told her the dilemma and offered to remake it but by then it was too late and we had to go catch a flight. She removed the item from the bill no big deal. But the amount of time we killed for some pretty decent airport food doesn’t mask the awful service. I witnessed 2-4 customers leave in lack of service. Do better

If I could rate a negative I absolutely would. A gas station sandwich made 6 days prior would have been better. Ordered a salad (which was forgotten), added a side order of chips and salsa and they were beyond stale. Asked the waitress about my salad and she acted like I never ordered it. We literally had a conversation about my dressing selection. When the bill arrived 18% gratuity was already added. Save your money and eat from a vending machine.

Worst service ever. I don’t want to say the server names but those 2 guys feel like they don’t care about the customer or the service, they just eagerly waits for the tips. They already charged 18.22 percent as service charge and they are expecting 20% more in tips. What the hell. I order water when I entered and I have to remind them 4 times to get 2 cups of water. The drink mix is the worst ever. I just hate the franchise now.

Our server did everything she could to help us out – she was the best part. The rest was awful, food was terrible- got the nachos, arrived with no cheese, then they added cheese (of you could call it that fine l since it was white, runny like water and didn’t taste like cheese). The ordering via the app they want you to use is a waste of time since we ended up placing our orders again with the server. Do yourself, your stomach, tastebuds, and wallet a favor and find somewhere else for a drink and food.

Walked in to notice several open tables that were filthy. The floor was greasy and there was food all over the place. The food was good, however my quesadillas had no cheese inside them and wasn’t cut into slices (no knives allowed). Service sucked but my beer was cold.
