TL:DR Food is a solid 4, but the environment was not a a pleasant one for me (could have just been unlucky), so overall review is a 3 from me. If you go I suggest just grabbing take out.

They give you 2 2oz cups of cream per tamale at the restaurant when eating in. When you order take out they give you 2 2oz cups for 6 tamales. They are not being fair and not consistent . The pupusas they also put in the slaw and sauce in the same container to save money. The pupusa get very soggy to the point that they are just mush. They need to understand what condensation is and common laws of physics. They need to separate the cold with the hot and have ventilation on the containers.

Horrible service. We ordered #25 empanada de platano and cashier Christy charged us for platano fritos and when we saw the receipt, we asked why we were charged for those instead. She said they don’t have empanadas de platano when it’s clearly on their menu. We’re out $8.49 because we didn’t eat nor want those. She could’ve at least told us before we paid that they didn’t have it, but clearly had ill intentions. Take it off your menu if you don’t have the item at all. We were also told we’re unable to get a refund for it even though it was 100% her mistake. Manager better do something to fix this.
