Only had 1 person working. She was polite. Ordered fajitas, cheese dip, and guacamole. Cheese dip was runny as water. My guacamole lacked seasoning and flavor and half of it was 1 big chunk of avocado. The fajitas were very over cooked and the meat was burnt. This place has went down hill since I ate here last.

I called up here 5×4 times they hung up on me the first time they never called me back and then I come up here to talk to the manager and she tells me that she refuses to serve me because I told her she had poor customer service. Worst place ever bad attitudes.

Came to try their food. I don’t usually leave these things but here I am. Walked in. Saw 3-5 tables with plates from former consumers. The price is outrageous for a steak and shrimp. You get a small steak an 4-5 peices of shrimp. Got a baked potatoes with our food and they weren’t done. It’d go to get a bite an it would break off every time I when to poke it. The lady there when she got back from pick her child up from school was very attentive to use even though we where leaving. She seemed really nice.

So we decided to get a quick dinner since I had forgotten to get ground beef for homemade nachos..so my bf goes and order nachos, a new item called that dip, two tacos and Mexican pizza. After waiting thirty minutes for the food…he hand me a bag of cold food. Not only was it luke warm it was so much grease on top of the dip I thought I would throw up. The nachos were just chips and watered down cheese…oh it was terrible. Then they didn’t want to refund the 27 bucks. Terrible food.

This is more of a convince issue then food issue. Also a customer service issue. I eat there 2 times a week. Food is good. Always get the same thing. I had lost my card but I have the bank app on my phone that creates a digital card for times like this. There is a lady I have came into contact 2 times with and she has never been helpful more happy not to help. No matter what I was trying to tell her she interrupt saying because of fraud… Like 7 times. I also have the tap and pay. I started to say i did again and she started the fraud talk before i could finish. I have worked for Apple tech support in fraud and In data analyst school. Its great they would be mindful of fraud. But mindful is checking card vs Id. Looking at the bank app on phone and ID. Doing the things you can only do to prevent it. Not just not hearing anything the customer has to say. Its an inconvenient stand they have on this. Its costly as well. I tip no less then 5$ for a pick up. Again food is good. Service from anyone else is good. From her she is very stand of minded. Even wanting to get more close and confrontational. If I can order Walmart online, Sonic online Pretty much anywhere and pay with this card in my app. In 2022 should be able to do so there. Tap and pay whatever 15 ways to pay is other then a ticket slammed back down. Repeating fraud because of fraud. I wont go back and its not an inconvenience to go 3 blocks further to el Cerrito. Tap and pay worked great there.
