We loved this new local spot. The food was delicious! Excellent service. The drinks were so good. My husband said I should write about the fabulous latin inspired guitar music. They were playing it at the right volume too. We’ll be going back! Highly recommend House Avacado Toast!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Frisco TX is La Finca. We go there at least 2-3x a week. So I was so excited to hear that they were opening another location in Prosper. Prosper is a bit smaller and there is no patio yet, but once the city approves the request, a large patio will be built. The food and coffee were fantastic! You have to try the Huevos Rancheros. So good with a bit of spice. I always get a plain latte with whole or oat milk. Both fantastic! I highly recommend both locations. And I’ll be back next week.

Today I had the pleasure to go in and enjoy this authentic coffee and bakery. Not only was I greeted with love but I was given great customer service. The manager Hope was super sweet, the other baristas prepared my drinks with a smile, and the awesome cooks in the back made some very tasty food for me. Did I mention they make pastries and Mexican bread in house fresh? Also, their coffee comes roasted straight from the bean in their roastery at their main location. So you will be drinking authentic fresh coffee. But my two other fave drinks are their mineral limeade and Mexican hot chocolate. And their empanadas are to die for! Pretty much everything I have tried is yummy. You guys go check it out and support this authentic locally owned business! You won’t be disappointed! ☺️

We love the Frisco location, so we decided to give Prosper a try. 3 of us ordered breakfast and coffee. We didn’t get our coffee until we were almost done with our food. The food chilaquilles were pretty good though I’d rather have shredded chicken on it. The shakerato was delicious! I wish they would do what Frisco does and “reserve” the larger tables for 3+ people as there were 3 of us and only tables for 2. All the large tables were taken by 1-2 person parties. Overall decent, but they still have some kinks to work out.

Great authentic Mexican breakfast! It is really hard to find a true Mexican food place, everything is always Texmex! We came here because I LOVE cafe’ de olla, silly I know but totally my favorite coffee!! But I’ll have to come back for sure because they were out and for some empanadas and some other yummy looking pastries! Very excited to find this place and only 5 minutes from our house. Oh! And super friendly staff too!
