Ordered a caldo de res (beef soup) and some tacos A la cart. The soup was good but tacos weren’t as good. The corn tortilla are made in house that’s good but when they use them for tacos they don’t fry or grill them so the tacos were dry and the tortilla was not so good. Could of put more beans and rice. The soup is good especially when your not feeling good. One more thing the menudo is good too but it does not come with hominy corn. I just buy a can of hominy at the store and just blanch them with boiling water the strain and add to the rest of the menudo. Makes enough for 2 people.

Food taste is a 8/10. Order wait time can range between 5-15minutes. Restaurant is maintenance is very good, and the service to clients is excellent, they accept card payments. I really enjoyed my meal when I dine in as well, they have enough indoor sitting available.

My wife and I were craving menudo on our way to the San Jaun Batista mission. We searched menudo in Gilroy and many listings came up. But the name, reviews, and pictures caught our attention. It’s a small place BUT it’s best menudo we had in a while. I had menudo and my wife had Pozole. They were both amazing!! Their service is quick, courteous, and friendly.
