I’m disappointed with this fortaleza. Came back to get a semita enchilada and the semita was really bad. The carne enchilada was like if they just added red color. Had no flavor plus they just added a big peace of cheese and had No Papalos.

I tried to order (uber eats) and they canceled my order because I asked for crispy fries. Canceled my neighbors because he didn’t want onions. Orders totaled over a 100$ I guess they are doing really well.

Today I ordered cemitas. However they are not made how they usually are. Papalo was missing, bread was too thick and a very little amount of beef. As a customer I’ve noticed that the prices are increasing which I have no problem paying but the quality of the food being made is decreasing. Have you guys changed they chef? What’s going on?

Went to eat in with my wife, Food was super salty and they had no curtesy for us as guests the employees kept coming in and out letting the cold air come in and making the food super cold will never be back again and I don’t recommend people to come maybe the other locations are better but not this one
