The food was amazing and came out hot! The fajitas were sizzling and the kids were served first (which I appreciate.) There was an issue in the kitchen that delayed our food, so the wait was pretty long for the adults’ food. They didn’t say anything until after it came out so we were kind of restless and a little confused. When it did come out it was great, so still 5 stars! Definitely give this place a try.

Surprising little spot on Hull St. Great Mexican food with other Latin offerings – the pupusas are very good. Went for lunch on a Saturday, and the place wasn’t very busy. Unfortunately, the place seems understaffed, so service was pretty slow. Still, the food makes it worth it. Highly recommend.

Alright before I began. Let me just say this place is a diamond in the rough for sure. PLEASE visit this place next time for your next Mexican food cravings. Now I will began. This place needs to be visited more often people come on! The food was great, the margaritas were crafted nicely and fresh. If you like a bar seat they have a bar. While the have only been open for less than five months and yes they have some growing pains but overall I really hope this little place makes it in a saturated hull street area but AGAIN. Don’t go to Pepe’s, come here. Give these guys a shot and I am sure you won’t be disappointed. Went here the other night trying new places and saw good reviews for this place. To start off it was a slowish night but the staff was so friendly and happy. The white dip that comes with the chips has a kick to it which was a nice surprise but too much for me. I had a really great dinner of rice queso and chicken HUGE portions. The other person in my group got chicken enchiladas with queso on top and it was pretty bland. The chicken was dry and tortillas very soggy. Other than that drinks were great and so was the staff.

OMG authentic Latino food on the corner of Genito and Hull Street! I can finally get a torta and pupusas in Midlothian! I don’t know what they did with their beans but they are spectacular! Out of the three Latino restaurants on this corner this is by far the best. Do not come here impatient good food takes time.

We visited La Fuente for the first time today and had a great experience. Eating there felt like we were eating a homemade meal at an aunts house. I had the Torta Especial and my husband had tacos. The bread on the torta was soft and felt like it was made with fresh ingredients. My husband shared some of his tacos with me (carnitas and carne asada) and they were also really good. The tortillas are homemade and light. We also ordered the flan for dessert and that was such a treat. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more authentic Mexican food restaurant. Our waiter had such great energy and was very attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back when we’re in the area.

All the food was so good! From the guacamole to the pico to my burrito to my margarita. We could tell it was all made fresh. The only thing I would suggest is to find a way to dim the lights. It’s very bright in there.
